From market need to a practical product program.
The challenge
A local distributor needed a safe, durable range for kindergartens and early-education centers, with models suitable for different riding stages.
Our approach
We built a mixed proposal around K7 and K9 balance bikes, the A2 mini bike and T1 tricycle, then supported age segmentation, EN71 guidance, color customization and stable production.
The outcome
The products entered local kindergarten environments with positive feedback on riding stability, structural strength and overall quality.
What changed
Three decisions that shaped the result.
Segmented the range by riding stage
Instead of presenting isolated models, we organized the offer around the child’s age, balance ability and expected institutional use.
Balanced durability with accessibility
The selected mix combined larger balance bikes with an early-stage four-wheel model and a stable first tricycle.
Prepared the program for local execution
EN71 guidance, color planning and production coordination were treated as part of the range proposal rather than later add-ons.
