These terms apply to the use of michael-export.com, a personal professional portfolio operated by Michael Chen.
1. Portfolio purpose
The website presents product-development experience, reference configurations, anonymized case studies and personal market observations. It is not an online shop, corporate website, laboratory, certification body or binding product catalog.
2. Reference information
Product dimensions, materials, weights, packaging, production timing, minimum quantities and compliance references describe selected configurations or project experience. Final specifications depend on the chosen model, destination market, customization, production conditions and written confirmation.
3. Quotations and projects
Submitting an RFQ does not create a contract, guarantee availability or constitute acceptance of an order. Any quotation, sample plan, testing scope, delivery schedule or commercial commitment must be confirmed separately in writing by the appropriate contracting party.
4. Compliance information
References to standards such as EN71, REACH, ASTM, CPSIA or market-specific testing do not mean that every configuration automatically holds every report or approval. Compliance documents are confirmed against the final product, components, packaging and destination requirements.
5. Test reports and downloads
Public downloads may be summaries or reference files. Original test reports, confidential documents and customer-specific materials are provided only after the project and recipient have been reviewed. They may not be redistributed without permission.
6. Case studies and confidentiality
Case studies may be anonymized, summarized or edited to protect customers and commercial information. They demonstrate working methods and experience but do not guarantee identical results for another product or market.
7. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the site layout, original writing and portfolio presentation may not be copied, republished or used commercially without permission. Product marks, customer marks and third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners.
8. External communications
Email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn and third-party download links are governed by the terms and privacy practices of those services. Visitors should avoid sending confidential designs or personal information until an appropriate communication channel has been agreed.
