EASTERN EUROPE · DIFFERENTIATED RIDE-ONS
Interactive features and platform changes that stand out.
Three platform-level customization projects show how visible differentiation can be added without losing sight of cost and production scale.

Project overview
From market need to a practical product program.
The challenge
Brands in crowded ride-on categories needed visible differentiation without losing control of cost or scalability.
Our approach
Projects included an A3 with custom colors, LED, music and DIY stickers; a cost-controlled A1 with printed PU seats, flashing wheels and gift packaging; and an anodized A2 for premium positioning.
The outcome
The A3 project opened with a full 40-foot-container order, while the other programs achieved stronger shelf appeal and sustained sales performance.
What changed
Three decisions that shaped the result.
Matched features to positioning
LED, music and DIY stickers gave the A3 a playful identity, while the anodized A2 supported a more premium visual direction.
Protected the target cost
For the A1, printed PU seats, flashing wheels and gift packaging created shelf impact through a controlled set of changes.
Kept customization production-ready
Each idea was developed on an existing platform so the commercial distinction remained compatible with scalable manufacturing.
Project takeaways
What this case demonstrates.
- Differentiation works best when it is immediately visible to the shopper.
- Not every market needs the same level of modification; cost and channel position should lead the decision.
- A proven base platform can shorten the path from concept to a meaningful first order.
