Project overview

From market need to a practical product program.

01

The challenge

The customer needed a clear product mix spanning outdoor balance bikes, early-stage four-wheel models and compact tricycles for a new market program.

02

Our approach

We compared K7, K9 and A4 platforms, positioned A2 Pro as the A2 upgrade, and introduced the new A6, T10 and T901 alongside T1 Pro with product and packing dimensions for range planning.

03

The outcome

The proposal created a structured good-better-best selection, with 7–10 day sample and 30–45 day mass-production references for the next evaluation stage.

What changed

Three decisions that shaped the result.

01

Compared platforms, not isolated SKUs

K7, K9 and A4 were considered alongside early-stage and tricycle products so the customer could see how each model served the range.

02

Made the upgrade path clear

A2 Pro was positioned as an A2 upgrade, giving the customer a simple way to understand the role of the four-wheel platform.

03

Introduced new models with practical data

A6, T10 and T901 were presented with T1 Pro, including product and packing dimensions needed for commercial evaluation.

Project takeaways

What this case demonstrates.

  • A curated recommendation is more useful than a long catalog when a buyer is building a new range.
  • Clear product tiers make platform and price-position discussions easier.
  • Sample, production and packing references help move an early proposal toward a concrete evaluation.
