The challenge
An online-focused wooden-toy customer was entering ride-on toys and needed compact packaging, transport protection and stable quality for high-volume sales.
Our approach
We reduced package volume, validated the final pack through ISTA drop testing and applied laser welding across structural joints for better consistency and fewer defects.
The outcome
T1 achieved low complaint and return rates, reached best-seller status and led to the follow-on development of T1 Pro.

Designed packaging for the channel
Package volume was reduced to improve logistics efficiency while preserving the protection needed for direct-to-customer delivery.
